For women done surviving their cycle
The 12-week nurse-led period repair program
Stop dreading your cycle, and start feeling like yourself again.
Most of all, you're tired of feeling dismissed.
This work is centred on what sits beneath your symptoms, the patterns that quietly shape how you feel all month long.

I take a grounded, structured approach to your hormones, one that respects both your life and the complexity of what you're carrying.
For years, I struggled with hormonal symptoms and was repeatedly told that hormonal birth control, or eventually surgery, were my only options. Even as a nurse, I realised how little I had been taught about understanding the menstrual cycle as a vital sign of health.
So I started learning. Not just how to manage symptoms, but how to understand what my body was actually trying to tell me. That's why I created Heal Your Flow. Because you deserve more than being told to put up with your symptoms.

Ready to get to the root of it?
Join the programA clear, four-part path from confusion to understanding. We find what's really going on, then build the foundations your hormones depend on, before making targeted, lasting change.
We start by looking at the full picture. Through a comprehensive nursing assessment, symptom mapping, cycle tracking and clinical review, we begin identifying patterns and uncovering what may be contributing to your symptoms.
For many women, this is the first time their symptoms finally start making sense.
Before chasing complicated solutions, we strengthen the foundations that support healthy hormones. Together we'll focus on areas such as nutrition, blood sugar balance, nervous system support, sleep, stress load, inflammation, minerals and personalised supplementation.
This is where many women begin feeling more stable and like themselves again.
Once we understand your body's patterns, we can make more targeted decisions. This may include reviewing pathology results, adjusting supplementation, cycle-specific strategies and, where clinically indicated, further testing or prescribing support through the Flow and Bloom collaborating doctor.
For some women, this stage may also include functional testing to investigate contributing factors.
The goal isn't to become dependent on another practitioner. It's to create sustainable improvements that continue long after the program finishes. You'll leave with practical tools, personalised strategies and confidence in how to support your body through future cycles.
This is exactly how we get you there.

The hot seat call is your space to be heard, and to ask whatever you're sitting with, alongside women who understand exactly what you're carrying.
So much of the healing happens right here, in realising you were never the only one. The group is intentionally kept small, so it stays close, and so there's always room for you to be seen.

These are the education half of your weekly calls. Each one goes a layer deeper on a new theme, so it actually sinks in.

Understanding the mood shifts in your luteal phase, and what your body is actually asking for.
Why it happens, and how to ease it at the root rather than just pushing through.

Not every woman requires additional testing or intervention. Rather than charging every client for services they may not need, these options are recommended only when clinically appropriate. We do our best to keep costs as low as possible while providing you optimal results.
It's easy to tell yourself you'll deal with this later, once things settle down. But later has a cost. Another twelve months of bracing for your period and pushing through pain that nobody can explain.
You've already waited long enough to feel well. The sooner we start finding the cause, the sooner your body gets to feel different.
Join the programStraight from the women who have walked it, in their own words.
Everything sits in one place: your 60-minute 1:1 assessment and personalised Period Plan, twelve weeks of weekly calls and community, the full resource hub and food app, plus your bonuses and welcome care package. One program that gets to the cause, instead of more years spent on supplements and appointments that never did. Most women begin noticing small shifts within their first cycle or two.
Not sure you're the right fit? Reach out before you join and we'll talk it through honestly. This only works when it's genuinely right for you, and I'd never want you in the room otherwise.
Your turn to feel the difference.
Join the programIf you've been dealing with painful periods, PMS, mood changes, irregular cycles, fatigue or other symptoms that haven't been properly explained, this program was made for you. It's for women who want to understand the root of what's happening rather than keep managing symptoms one by one. If you're unsure, reach out anyway and we'll have a chat to see if it's the right fit.
Not at all. Many women come to me without a clear diagnosis, just a strong sense that something isn't right. Part of what we do together is map your symptoms and your cycle so we can start making sense of the bigger picture.
Yes. We'll work with where you are right now. If you're thinking about coming off at some point, I can support you through that, and if you're staying on, we can still focus on your foundations and your overall wellbeing. There's no pressure either way.
As a registered nurse, I provide your clinical assessment, education and personalised support throughout. For women who need pathology testing or prescribing, I work alongside a collaborating doctor who can help where it's clinically appropriate. This is an optional addition rather than something every woman needs.
There's a one hour group call each week, alternating between an education session one week and a hot seat and connection call the next. They're highly encouraged, since that's where a lot of the support and connection happens, so it's worth keeping that hour for yourself. Beyond that, all you need is about two mindful minutes a day to jot down how you're feeling in your body and where you are in your cycle. It's designed to fit into a real life, not take it over, so you can move through it at a pace that feels sustainable.
Once you join, you'll hear from me to confirm your place and talk through any questions. Each round has a set start date, so it's worth getting in early so you're ready to begin with the group.
